Terms & Conditions

Vaccinations & Illness

All pets attending day care and boarding must be fully vaccinated and provide proof of vaccinations. Vaccinations must be valid from at least 14 days prior to the first day of boarding or day care, and last for the duration of the stay. 

All pets must be up to date with flea and worming treatment which must last for the duration of the stay.

Any pets without these will be refused boarding or day care.

Boarded pets will be inspected daily for parasites. If any parasites are present treatment will be provided, the owner will be responsible to cover the cost of any treatments given.

All pets should be in good health when being dropped off for boarding, day care and pamper sessions and not be showing any signs infectious diseases.  

If a pet becomes ill during their stay it is the owners responsibility to pay any veterinary/medical fees.

An emergency contact for each pet is required to be available during the boarding period. Permission to take your pet to either their or our veterinary practice is needed. Consent for this is in the booking form.

Female dog in season will not be boarded. 

Loss

All dogs attending day care or boarding must be microchipped. If a dog attending day care or boarding doesn't have a tag with their owners contact details on they will be required to wear one of my tags with my contact details on.

Safe Guarding:

As I live with my teenage daughter, I have a safe guarding procedure in place I must follow:

All dogs being provided with boarding or day care should be friendly, not have a history of aggressive behaviour and be ok around teenage children.

I will meet with every dog before the booking to asses dog's temperament. If I feel a dog is not suitable to attend day care or boarding I have the right to refuse service.

Full behavioural history of the dog must be given via application form.

If a dog being boarded or attending day care becomes aggressive, destructive or shows anti-social behaviour they will be required to attend the remainder of the booking at a different location i.e. the emergency contact, a suitable kennel. 

Payments:

All bookings will be secured with a 30% non refundable deposit. The remainder of the balance will be paid on the first day of the service, i.e., the day of the first sitting visit, dog walk, drop off, pamper session.

Once a booking starts the full booking must be paid, any cancelled services during the duration of the booking will not be refunded as that booking has been secured for your pet.
